The clubhouse is available by reservation only for SCF homeowners. To reserve the clubhouse, you must be a member in good standing. To inquire about availability or reserve the clubhouse, please contact DeAnna Delgado at 832-435-5151 or email clubhouse@scfneighbors.com.
The clubhouse has a full kitchen, living area and a large great room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. The living area has sofas and chairs along with a fireplace for an intimate conversation area. The great room is perfect for meetings or hosting your special event. Tables and chairs are available for seating up to 50. See the Events calendar for all of the activities we hold at the clubhouse.

Note in 2023 we will have some renovations of the clubhouse and availability will be limited when work begins.
Olympic Pool
The pool facility has three covered pavilions with ceiling fans, tables, chairs and loungers. The olympic size pool is equipped with lap lanes and diving boards. There is also a wading pool for the little ones. The pool is also host to our local swim team, SCF Sharks, visit their website to learn more.
All residents using the pool are required to be members in good standing or leasing from a member in good standing. Please see the SCF Pool Policy. Water aerobics is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the pool free of charge to residents during swim season. Access to the pool is by keyfob that will be distributed in April/May 2023 or picked up from Sterling. Tennis Courts
5 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts are available for resident’s use. Spring Woodlands Tennis Academy offers lessons and camps to the Public. Please contact tennis@scfneighbors.com for a key or more information.
Playground
The playground is mostly covered and equipped with regular and baby swings, large and small climbing gyms with slides, and bouncy riding toys.
Ballfields
Our beautiful green space has three covered pavilions with picnic tables, a little league sized baseball field, a youth sized soccer field and a gaga ball pit. Fields, pit and pavilions are first come, first serve.
